Ms Sue Murray
After beginning her career in education Sue moved to the community sector with the NSW Cancer Council holding roles in education, media and communications. This was followed by Executive Director roles with the AMA (NSW) and Leukaemia Foundation and in 2000 joined the National Breast Cancer Foundation growing the Foundation’s income base from less than $1 million to $20 million in just ten years.
In February 2011 she joined The George Institute as Executive Director of The George Foundation .
Sue is a graduate of the AICD and has been a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year (Community). She is currently a member of the Advisory Council for the Centre for Social Impact and has recently been invited to sit on the board of a large community college.
